Welcome to Xin Art Creation World

An Art Studio passionate about providing opportunities for school aged children to create, explore and express themselves using a range of pencil art drawing skills.

The Artist

Mrs Xiuxia Xin started her art learning adventure from 10 years old in her home town in China. She is specialized in colour pencil drawing, sketching and watercolour painting. After 6 years she moved to Ireland, she started to organize and establish her art studio class. She believe that coloured pencil is without doubt the most accessible, versatile medium and everyone already has some experience with it. Not everyone realizes that this medium is capable of creating fantastic works of art across every subject. Using the proper techniques, knowledge and patience you will call upon coloured pencils time and time again.

Why should children learn to draw? What are the benefits of children learning to draw?

Drawing is a process that all children naturally engage in, from the time they first discover they can hold a pencil.

1. Drawing gives children another way to communicate their emotions and thoughts as they don’t always have the words to express how they’re feeling.

2. Drawing helps children improve their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. It gives them the opportunity to form connections between what they see and do.

5. Problem Solving Skills: may not always be easy every time especially when we plan to improve and also the desire to solve technical problems can somewhat be driven by our strong sense of motivation!
