1: How do I book my class?
Prospective students may register online by filling out the contact form, in person, by email or by phone 0873602883 (whatsapp)
2: Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we limit the number of attendees for the studio class to ensure our students get ample attention. Your place can only be secured by making a booking with full payment. Once student is enrolled in our Zoom Online class, zoom class room Number and password will be sent to parents.
3: How do I make the tution fee payment?
Fees can be paid by bank account transfer. Payments in advance by phone, or in person are accepted. All fees should be received at least five working days before the commencement of the Course. Fees can be also paid in advance by cash if payment is made in person. Payments are non-refundable when booking art courses.
4: Does the Art class suit beginners?
Absolutely! Both of our studio and Zoom online courses cater for both beginners and improvers ,making them perfect for those with no prior experience. Each class caters for both skill levels. Improvers are introduced to new material and new challenges.
5. Are materials included in tuition prices?
Both studio and Zoom online classes do not have materials included in their tuition. Students are expected to bring their own supplies to class.
6: How long does the course last?
Both studio and Zoom online course runs with school academic year. The studio classes are run for 1 hour and 1.5 hours with Zoom online class. Please check with our calendar page.
7: Is there parking available?
Yes. The Mount Merrion Community Center has its own courtyard car park, which you can fond the direction here.
8: What if I have to miss a class?
Our classes are structured in a way that you will be able to catch up with the help of the art tutor. Payments are non-refundable if you are unable to attend a class. However, you can contact the art tutor to reschedule the class before two weeks into another time in the same week only for zoom cloud meeting .
Art Class Terms & Conditions
This website is owned by Xin Art Creation World Classes (“We” or “Us”).
1: These terms and conditions apply to both Studio and Zoom online Art Classes which run for students and students applied for and consented to by the parent or guardian. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions as the situation arises.
2: Students are obliged to take care of their own belongings and art work. Xin Art Creation World art Classes and Mount Merrion Community Center can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings.
3: You agree not to duplicate, copy, sell or resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
4: Students are expected to attend all classes in order to keep up with the material and make the most of their learning experience.
5: Fee and Class Exchange: our place will be secure once we receive your fees. If a student must miss a class, they should notify the tutor at least two weeks before to allow us to make a class exchange in the same week. Once the term has started and students have attended classes there is no refunds onclasses missed during the term.
6: Art Class exchange policy: If you must miss a studio class, you can either change another day for studio class in the same week or exchange to Zoom Onlie class in the same week; If you must miss a Zoom online class, you can only change to another slot for Zoom Online class in the same week.
7: Fees are reviewed annually in September.
8: Your child will not be permitted to leave the premises until a recognised family member,friendor child minder is there to collect them. Please inform us if you wish to make alternative arrangements or wish your child to walk home.
9: Photographs and videos may be taken of artwork/ class groups/ awards/ puppet / fashion/ end of camp shows for promotional reasons.
10: If a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the class missed will be added onto the term.
11: We will pictures sensibly and aim to never publish children’s names with pictures. Please inform us if you do not wish your child to be involved in any photo shoots.
12: Xin are creation world art class have event insurance in place. However, the liability of Xin Art Creation World, and that of its staff, is restricted to event time only and then only in the case of gross negligence.
